I'm only 5ft7 Ames but all leg so need 34" and longer in heels! Will try Next, didn't know they did long and I have a voucher.

We don't have Long Tall Sally here, are they any better? I hate how low waisted trousers are on me, just makes my stomach look massive as they muffin top me!

Gemmzie - LTS are very very expensive! And in all honesty I've found New Look and Next's tall range fits a lot better and is more friendly on my purse!

In the Next sale I got a summer top for £2 and an identical one from LTS was £16.

If you want a good pair of jeans head to Next, they're a few pounds more than New Look but last for ages. And half the price of LTS ones!

    I've got a 36 inch inside leg.

In the Next xmas sale they did 70% off tall stuff, which is how I discovered their range! For once dresses are dresses and not just long tops.

I have similar problems, my shoulders are narrow and if I buy suits, the jackets in a 16 are always too big on my shoulders and bust but fit everywhere else and the trousers gap around the waist but cant fit over massive hips *sigh* we need tailors!

Have they given you any explanation Bunny? What grounds did you make your complaint on? Pepe might be able to suggest something, although I haven't seen him around. You could always PM him or send him a text?

Sounds like it should be pretty straightforward Bunny, they're probably just trying it on in the hope that you just give up.
