    Afternoon.
busy morning again. Brrrr it's bloomin' freezing. Kids went out to play in garden for half an hour and we all froze! Oh and peeps it's no longer global warming but Climate change. That gets round quite nicely the fact that at times it's colder than ever ;)
DS not gone to nursery as he's poorly. Said he felt sick this morning, not eaten anything (even turned down chocolate ) and is really tired (was awake from 5am). Anyway a day at home will hopefully let him get over what ever is ailing him.
My mum has come round and done some cleaning for me :o its just not possible to do anything when I have all the kids clamouring for my attention. this morning I swear every 20 seconds it was either "Mum......" or "Jen........" And this was at 8am this morning.......

Tea will be bacon and courgette pasta bake. Made Nieglla's Dense Chocolate Loaf last night (two in fact) and very nice they are too :D

Have speed read the thread so sorry if I've missed something important.

lowesy - Hugs to you. I don't have any advice to give. My m/c was at an earlier stage than yours and I fell pregnant again the following month so that kind of took the sting out of the dates. Just be kind to yourself and it will get easier with time - but that's probably not much help to you xxx

Molly - hugs to you. Hope your DS sorts himself out soon. I agree a change of GP is definately in order.

BB - well done to your DD getting into your school......just off to google it now :D

tiredmum - sorry this awful person is back to their old tricks. I hope something has been caught on camera and that this time you'll be able to put an end to it all xx

snoozer - hope op goes well today.

Had better dash kids are calling. Hugs to those that need them.

Hi everyone. It’s been really busy for us lately! We had a long weekend staying with OH’s family, which wouldn’t be lovely except I managed to get food poisoning and poor OH had to take me to hospital at 4 in the morning! What a palaver. All better now though. Got home on Monday night and spent Tuesday cleaning frantically as had somebody coming to see the house – it’s not on the market yet (shared ownership so all sorts of hoops to jump through). These people are friends of friends and so long as they’re approvied by the housing association we won’t need to advertise the house as they’d like it. Should save us a lot of time and money! That does leave us slightly panicked as we haven’t got anything sorted ourselves – no mortgage agreement or anything! Shouldn’t take too long to sort though, then we can start looking. I’ve already started decluttering / packing – never moved house properly (don’t count moving out of parents’ house since there was no rush to get out!) so I want to be as prepared as possible. Just to add to the chaos one of my rabbits passed away in the night – he was 7 and starting to look frail so not a surprise but still very upsetting. We’ve booked his friend in for a blind date at our local rabbit rescue (the most amazing place – www.cottontails.org.uk for anyone interested in pictures of cute furries!), so hopefully we’ll find her a new friend as she’s really not happy on her own.
Lowesy – so sorry you’re going through such a rough time. Hugs xx
Oh, and global warming will probably cause the polar jet stream to move south, pulling colder weather down with it. Hence cold weather for us. Hmph.

Just wanted to pop on and say thanks for everyone's support and sorry for the self indulgent post!

Am feeling a bit better now (still a little lost) but have decided that thinking too far into the future is a bad move at the moment. To this end I have banished the calendar from my desk - this will also help my case when I miss deadlines :o

Thanks again you lovely bunch you xx :A

    Sandy brilliant news!:j

Gemma sorry to hear about your rabbit; I assume 7 is a good age? Sorry, I don't know a vast amount about rabbits. Hope you can find a new friend for the other one soon.

Lowesy I can't know what you're going through, but I do know that you're fully entitled to a bit of self-indulgence right now.

Well, I've been missing again. Had a meeting in Harrogate last night, so took the opportunityto visit the nice fabric shop there, not open on a Wed. Stayed over with a friend, then did a little mooch round the shops this morning. got some Easy Yo mix at Lakeland, some habby and some fabric and found a second hand book shop. There were 5 charity shops, or maybe even more in the same st as the book shop and fabric shop, but didn't have time to do them justice.

Came home to an email from colleague at work to say that as there are review days on Friday and Monday we're not needed, only the full timers. We are casual staff and get treated like that too! SO that's no money for either of those days. Not that I have a timetable allocated at the moment. Bit of a
b*99£r really. Still, I can always use the time at home.

    Afternoon all

I have brain like mush again today!

Work was good, flew by, work kids wrote their CV's in the morning and then we went to local park and had kick about and did some problem solving activities. Some had appointments this afternoon so I finished an hour early :D and went to Mr T's to do some food shopping. I got a YS pack of new pots which I've just boiled to have with lunch this week and for snacking on (I'm back on Slimming World diet!).

Dinner with be stirfry with HM egg fried rice when I can be bothered to make it.

    Have a good evening all
