Hi
I am looking to move my house within next 4-6 weeks. I have been with sky for about 4 years now.
Just wondering if someone can advise whether i should move with sky or cancel existing contract and open another one in OH's name.
As far as i know, moving with sky means i can keep my contract continuous and may be get some good deals in future based on my loyalty (not sure if its worth much...)
Cancelling and starting new one mens a 12 month contract but i will get a new sky box (my existing one is a second hand one of ebay) and am looking to upgrade to Sky plus. I may also get a good deal via cashback or some other promotions (there are so many out there.)
I am inclined towards cancelling my existing one and starting a new one. However i am not sure if i am missing something. Can someone please help me.
Regards

Not been in that position but I'd ring and say i'm moving and don't think I can afford to keep paying. You might get the free HD box/Installation offer.
Or if not why don't your fella ring and see whats offered as a new customer, then you can decide yourself what's best0 -
Anyone else has any suggestions?0

Given that Sky doesnt sell Sky+ boxes any longer your only option is Sky+ HD either with or without the HD subs. Prices are the same for new or existing customers.1

Go down to your local shopping centre and speak to one of the sky reps there. You normally get better offers with them.
We are just moving and that was the best option for us to cancel and reapply through one of them.Life is a rollercoaster.....ya just gotta ride it:whistle:0
