Really didn't think I would get to do this stuff formally so am really pleased - I like teaching other people things! :D

Well done Squizz, always good to get experience in teaching / training.

I'm going on a session at 2 to try and train myself in advanced excel. They are going to show me how to get on the system.

In 10 days I have a week long Prince 2 course and I think that should just about see my brain off.

Bookie - I am a poll clerk (work for the local council) and it is good money, but it is a long day. Uusally you have to be there at 6.30am as the station opens at 7am and then you are there until 9pm or even 10pm if it is the General Election I seem to remember.

    QUOTE]

That's right Tenmah - its 7 till 10. You need lots of books, magazines, quizzes, work even if you can manage it. You have to set the station up before 7 and sort out your paperwork by 10. If you do a European election at a station that has a low turnout its terminally boring.....and you have to make sure you get a postal vote sorted for yourself.

Is that one of the MOS certificate courses? I'm supposed to be doing them at some point if our department ever gets organised!

Prince 2 - is that project management, sounds interesting?!

    Everything crossed for you Bunny!

I've had quite a productive morning, I've sorted through the pile of paperwork I've been pretending isn't there, and dealt with most of it. I'm making the most of days when I feel ok, I even did some flyladying last night!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Well done on the flyladying Ames. I would like to try it but working full time isn't the easiest to fit it all in. I tend to do it all on one day and then bits and pieces throughout the week.
