Thanks so much we have had no sleep as have had forms asking if any disturbance or disputes which may affect new owners.99% quiet as a mouse in fact too quiet! My husband thinks if they move in and a party starts and they don't like it we will be sued!0

Again they'd still need to prove it happened repeatidly after they moved in and had been happening before hand as well.Tim0

Ok I hope you are all right.I really don't want to declare the one time my husband complained as it makes it more than it is and we are moving for completely seperate reasons0

I think you have more to worry about from the neighbour the other side as she could undermine your position. Obviously, you are OK with the situation and your means to remedy any noise, so nothing to worry about. Make sure you have some diary notes if you have told the neighbour the other side that you do not support her position.Ok I hope you are all right.I really don't want to declare the one time my husband complained as it makes it more than it is and we are moving for completely seperate reasonsHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Thing is if they are students and the buyers are aware of this, then anything the current tenants do will be irrelevant in 18months max anyway as they will have all moved on. If in 18 months time there is a load of noise from new tenants you can hardly be expected to have a crystal ball!Adventure before Dementia!0

The annoying thing is we had the paperwork about a week ago and I would just have put no and sent it off but we had friends staying and I put it off Was just about to fill it in to post when the neighbour knocked! I spoke to our solicitors assistant this am and she seemed to think it was no problem and not her idea of a dispute but is going to check with my sol this afternoon and so have left that question blank until then and dropped off the forms just now by hand!So stressful wish we were staying put its a lovely house aswell and a really quiet street!0

They'll only be interested in you having made formal complaint to your LA & kept a diary of events. 2 parties in 18 months isn't a problem.0

Tell her that you have not been disturbed by them anywhere near enough to make you want to make a formal complaint to the University about them. Just don't get involved."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -
Thanks! Our solicitor seems unphased as it has been 2 parties but it is up to us whether we think it warrants declaration. We obviously don't but could this come back to haunt us?0
