Dog fouling our garden, all help needed - warning, rant ahead!

I'd definitely return the mess to the rightful owner!
I'm unusre of the legalities, but I'd also expect recompense if he was allowing his dogs to repeatedly destroy my property. It's his job to ensure they are enclosed and not damaging the property of others on land that isn't his, not yours.
Aural dog deterrents are a good idea, but I don't see why you should have to be further out of pocket when you've already repaired a fence broken by his pets.
Oh, and I'd damn well expect an apology too. People are so rude these days.0 -
take a dump on his doorstep for every pile u find‘It ain’t over 'til it's over’0

Have a look on Amazone.co.uk for a WATER PEST REPELLER (as a new user I cannot post a link to the product), I've heard of them being used by gardeners in the allotments close to where I live to keep pests out/off their plants.
A more drastic measure would be a small electric fence a short distance from the hole in the fens. But you'd have to remember to switch both these devices off if you wish to use the garden.

Go WWII on the situation!
Landmines? (Paint and powder, wouldn't use on the pooches but could you lure the owner in with the promise of cake?)0 -
We have this problem, but it's the next door neighbour's cats (all 5 of them) and every single one has taken a liking to having a dump on our lawn, and there's not an awful lot we can do ... hopefully the situation will improve once we're able to start mowing the lawn again (been too wet and cold).0

Cats and dogs are different. You can control when and where dogs !!!!!!. Very difficult to do this with cats."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

Yup, I'm aware of that fluffnutter (but thanks for clarifying that
), which is why I'm not raving too much about it. I hope the OP gets this sorted though, as it should be a more manageable situation.

It sounds like you've tried all options and have been very patient. Personally, I'd put it all it a carrier bag and then leave the full bag on their doorstep with a polite note. Explain that you don't have a dog and that theirs are still coming onto your property and you wanted to return their property. My thinking being along the stolen branches over hanging neighbouring property. You're supposed to return anything you trim off someone else's tree as it's theft if you don't.
Good Luck with the poo! If this fails that I'd go with the poo dumping over the fence. The evil and childish part of me is thinking of a catapultStarting again and working towards our new df life!A very proud forces wife0 -

The evil and childish part of me thought of putting it outside their front door, or on their driveway.0 -

Every cat I've ever been acquainted with buries their doings. I've never known a cat to just leave it top side.
