It can't have been that perfect.. it's a dyson.. useless piles of junk that they are!! Next time buy a Henry they are by far the superior race!

You are soooo wrong on that Pigpen. I consider the Dyson to be the ferrari of all vacuum cleaners whereas the Henry is a mere Skoda :p Hope you feel better soon...

  • Good Morning All

Ruth - I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother

I am feeling a little better today - it seems to take me a day to recover from the acupuncture. I have decided not to continue with my huge list as I had planned but I am going to declutter some of the bags that came from Mum's in December!!:o This should mean that I will be able to open the back door and also get to the downstairs loo.

I have made the decision that I am going to ask to reduce my hours at work to 30 hours over 4 days so that I get a day to recover in the middle of the week - I just hope that they will agree. This will make it harder financially but should be better for my health. I am back in on Monday and I believe I have my annual review on that day as well - Oh who is not at all prepared and cannot do any today as all the stuff is at work - oh hum

Right this is enough of sitting here I am off to do a HHC - will start in the kitchen as the cat needs feeding and so do I!

Car is clean inside and filled up the wash bottle as well, not allowed to wash it, in case I get water on the clean motorbike!! so I'll have to wait till bikerman goes out on it.

I have just cut the front lawn as well, go a load of grass off it.

The Grand Prix men have caused me to come to a stop.

I'm getting somewhere - albeit slowly..

Monday ~ Living room, reception rooms and hallway
Tuesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing
Wednesday ~ Kitchen and Dining room
    Thursday ~ Bathroom and WC
    Level One
    Level Two
    Level Three
Wash light pull strings! (Painting with neat bleach works then rinse in a jug of water)
Scrub down the paintwork and radiators.. back and front!

Friday ~ those frightening kids rooms and spare rooms I'll do the utility area
    Level One

    Level Two
    Vacuum the floor
Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!!

    Level Three
    Clean 2 windows
Sort through the small cupboard there
Wipe any sticky marks off walls and doors

    Morning.

The only OS thing I am planning today is walk the dog:o
    Have a good day all:D

I lied! DH cooked breakfast so I had to rediscover the kitchen. He is cooking tea as well so guess what I will be doing later:mad:

Need to hang the washing out now, DS needs his rugby kit for tomorrow and it's sat in the WM.

  • Up all night with sick child. Managed to get to church, though, but faced with thought of all that housework still to do...

Hope everyone is ok and got a nice card where appropriate.

    Thinking of you Ruth.
