Morning
Happy Mothering Sunday to all the Mums out there
I have had breakfast in bedtoast and a milkshake which was banana, strawberry and honey flavour yum yum
The tray was decorated with lovely flower arrangements made by Miss A and W. Two lovely cards, a scarf from SW3 and a picture frame from SW5. I am one lucky mummy.
Showered and just about ready for church, I have a reading to do and we are all involved in something, though not quite sure what yet!
Hope you all have a lovely day.

This is probably the most useful and important tip of the week!
Well, lovely sunny and blowy day. Shame I did most of the washing yesterday. I'll have to scrabble around to conjure up a WM load. Hate to see the good drying weather go to waste!
Off to Mr T in a moment - I want to get there early before the hoards descend to buy up all the cut flowers for their mothers!I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Thanks for all your advice, i tried to quote you all but have no idea how to quote more than one post. I have moved everything out of the bathroom. putting locks on the kitchen and living room doors today. the back door is in the kitchen but you have to go past the front door to get to it so i can't see it causing any fire hazard.
i only got to page 42 so hugs to anyone that needs them and happy mothers day everyone.

I have just cleaned the outside of ALL the down stairs windows, whilst the sun is out, and the inside of the large patio window as well~~ they were filthy, suprising what you can do with hot water, a very small squize of washing up liquid, sponge cloth and a wiper thingy!!
Biker man wants his bike to go to Wooten Bassett to the parade there today, best go and unlock my office workshop so he can get it out.

Morning all
It's a glorious day here - good job really as I have two loads of washing that still need drying!
Feeling much better today, OH is almost 100%, DS still bit poorly in the tummy dept and DD refusing to eat in case she's sick. But, everyone is much brighter - thanks so much for your good wishes. I feel like I've been taking a lot from you guys and not giving just recently...
I haven't read back through the thread, but I gather Toots you're off to the hospital? (Hope I've got that right?). Hope everything goes OK...be thinking of you.
Still catching up on things that slipped - and my planned trip to town has been postponed from today and will happen in a couple of weeks time. It was supposed to be my Mothering Sunday treat, but none of us is feeling up to dealing with other people just yet (and, of course, we don't want to be infecting anyone either).
So, I think I've got about 2 hours worth of ironing, dinner to cook, washing to hang out, that kind of thing. But will be taking it steady.
Oh, and I had some beautiful cards from the children, and a truly awful cup from OH - we have this thing where we try to buy the gaudiest, cheapest-looking present for each other....odd, us, no!
Hope everyone is having a good day. Sending loads of hugs to anyone who needs one. Ruth, my thoughts are with you.
Take care
D
