Today I have listed 7 jackets on ebay, with help.
DS1 made lasagne for dinner. He is starting to appreciate that I still need help.

I am sorry I haven't been able to concentrate to read all your posts. I am very short of spoons today. Hugs everyone, even if you don't need them.

Flying? Mm, none done. Maybe tomorrow:)

Just had a text from LadyL - she says sorry that she's not been on the thread today, but she's not been feeling very good, so had slept for most of the day. She asked me to pass this on to you all.

Thank you for all of the congratulations - hopefully when I leave you'll get the old sexymouse back, and I'll have the freedom to fly! I have felt like a bird that has had its wings clipped these past 2 terms. I couldn't have got through them without you all.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Thank you :o The kids will help when I nag. DH will do stuff if I ask him to but not much. I could spend all day hoovering then he walks through the house in his shoes:mad: His excuse is he is going back out again. He does work really long hours though and is brilliant when I have seizures.

I don't want the place to become the tip it was again but I am really struggling with it. I will try and do less it's just the kids really like the spinning stars by my name:rotfl:

Grrrr I am getting so fed up with this. I am struggling to complete ANY list, not even level 1:(
I feel like just giving up on it all.
sandy as the others have said dont beat yourself up, if you have done anything then you should be congratulating yourself, h3ll somedays I do NOTHING. I sometimes go away for days or even weeks at a times but I always come back, because the support on here is fabulous. If I ask for a kick up the derriere then I'll get one but otherwise nobody worries if I havent completed a level or earned any stars. We are all in the same boat and we do have to live our lives. Pick yourself up and be proud of what you have achieved today even if its only putting rubbish in the bin or food on the table, and please please dont make pigpen and I get out the old photos

That is wonderful news, I bet you'll sleep like a log tonight. Very pleased for you.

Lady Liberty you are in my thoughts sweetie, I hope tomorrow is a better day.

Soappie - hope you wow the ladies with your talk.

DS3 is being very special about having to sleep in another room (insert roll eyes smile - still missing that little fellow), I've got DS2 in bed with him at the moment to calm him down.

Going to sort out my receipts drawer now with a second glass of wine.

    Evening ladies

Top news about the 16th Sexym...

Thank you so much for the vibes and good lucks. It seems I DID wow the old dears :D I'm very pleased with myself.

When I ran through it in the privacy of my own home yesterday afternoon, I thought I sounded jilted and dull. But once in front of a live audience that all changed.

I didn't fluff once, I got them interacting by asking questions like "who knows why the pub got that name?" and I handed out some of my old maps at the end for them to pour over and discuss. I picked up on comments that they made on the side about particular buildings etc and got them to expand and discuss.

The 40 minutes I was asked to do ended up, because of the interaction, at about an hour, but it didn't seem like that at all. As most of them had lived in the small area of the town I'd decided to focus on, they could relate to it They loved the slides of the old maps and there was a lot of "oh, my house wasn't there then" "oh, so that's when my house must have been built".

They were particularly fascinated by the photos of the masonic lodge I took on my tour the other week and I suggested that they might like to be cheeky and just get in touch with the lodge and ask for their own tour!

I got home about 9.10 in the end. Fortunately I'd put a casserole in the oven so just had to dish it up. I am now getting on the outside of a v. large gordons and am soon going to crash into my bed.

Thank you again. I did go mad the first couple of weeks so it's not too bad I just really want to keep on top of it.
I feel better now I know others don't do everything everyday.

Dustykitten The bedroom isn't to bad at the moment and I did manage to do the sheets this week and that makes it feel better.

You are all just so lovely:D
