Hi everyone! Sorry for not being about yesterday, headache was really bad and made me feel sick and dizzy. We did go out in the afternoon and saw some lovely teeny tiny poodles! DH seems to be finding out who among our friends has dogs and then taking me to visit them! I quite like it! He knows I feel bettter when I'm with a dog. It was nice seeing our friend too of course!

Anyway, headache has gone, hurrah! I've done some work and been out for a walk. Didn't get as far as I'd hoped but I did enjoy being out in the sunshine and fresh air. running.gif Also popped to the shop and there was an advert for a van driver to do ad hoc hours which might suit DH. He needs more work so we are looking for anything that he could do really. I've given him the details so hopefully he will phone them today. I always check the notice boards in shops, they have all sorts of usefull info on them!

Feefee how wonderful to see you! How are you? How’s DH and the kids?

I've managed to do level one every day this week! Yay! And I've just washed up. Feeling quite good about the place still, got to make sure I keep on top of things so it won't get bad again.

I caught up before the school run and forgot to post!

Anyway I do remember someone asking about whether it was safe to cut the grass yet, I saw a forecast at lunch time which said there would be a wide spread frost tonight.

Also re the 'man chats' we have a few years before that is needed with W but Miss A brought home a flyer from the local PCT yesterday which is advertising a course of 8 x 3 hour sessions on 'Living with Teenagers' topics to include sex and relationships as well as boundary setting, listening & problem solving and building self esteem.

    Hi everyone

Went to give blood today, but they turned me away because I didn't have an appointment. They make it so darn hard to give them your blood when every 10 seconds there's an advert asking for donations!

But on a very (!) good note, I've been offered an internship in Paris!!!! :j:D:j:D:j
It's not confirmed yet but they've reserved me a place, so I am super duper excited, I've sorted my German placement in Frankfurt, just waiting for them to send the forms, so woohoo!

Done a few bits and pieces from the list, keeping mine on page 5, so I'll be having a major blitz on Friday for my auntie coming - we're going to see Cirque du Soleil on Saturday for our Xmas pressie to each other :D

Lots of hugs to RoseP - you sound so much happier at the moment than when I disappeared hun, it's lovely to hear you so positive, and you seem to be coping with your headaches and things better too.

Greenbee I find reunions with schoolfriends stressful and I only left a year and a half ago! I hope your email has the result you need, whatever that may be.

Thanks to everyone who welcomed me back, you are all such lovely lovely friends!

Off to cross things off my list
