sashybo, i hope you manage to find another job you will be more happy in soon.
Big hugs Sashybo, there is nothing worse than being stuck in an awful job - I quit mine and went to work in the local chippy to escape it! Good luck finding something else
Thanks for the support guys. Still not sure if I can make myself go today but if I don't I'm as good as resigning.OH thinks I'm "being stupid" and "winding myself up because I don't want to work". So we had a big fight before he went to work because he told me I have to go or we are stuffed financially and that's more important than my mental health. I know he's right - we do need the money - but I don't want to get up every morning crying and feeling sick.
Anyway, pad is £1 to Barclaycard today.Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.0 -
Oh Sashybo thats awful :grouphug: big hugs and fingers crossed you find something else really soon. If it helps, Tesco seem to be taking on alot of staff down here, might be worth a look for a quick change?Paddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840

Well done, Paul!
What great start to Hump Day. I've only cleared little debts but it's still a great feeling. It has helped to keep me motivated in difficult times too
Nicky - sorry you're having such a hard time. It will be all worth it. All the discomfort and worry will very soon be a distance memory. Big hugsxxx
Sashybo - i can understand OH's worry over money, but it's a shame he can't be a little more supportive. Hope you get through the day ok. A hug for you tooxxx

An early morning hump day PAD of £76.90 from me.
After about 15 months of PADing, that's the first debt out of the way. It was a relatively small one to start with. It's not the one with the very highest interest either. But it's gone. Vanished. Big fat zero. :j:j:beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:
I need to slow down a bit now as the service charges for the flat are coming up in a couple of weeks or so and I know that work has been done over and above the normal maintenance. I want the money for that in my bank account rather than needing to card it.
Well done Paul, a real boost for you.... maybe now you can replace that trampoline with a ladder.... that is you I keep seeing on the advert, isn't it?!
