Saving up £25000/£3500 by Jan 1st 2012 by selling my clutter. Remember I'm doing it for Dad.

    Morning All,

Seems I am not as covered by my insurance as I thought I was for the dental work :(

My insurance company had already paid out €250 (my insured amount), but not bothered to tell me, nor had the dentist provided me with copies of the bills issued to them. Sooooo, I've just had to pay €305.49 to the dentist, which was due by Friday and I have another bill of around €480 at home to be paid by end of June!!!!! (Turns out the crown work is only insured for people up to age 22. I'm too old! lol)

Soo...thanks to that, and a little budget miscalculation, I will have to return some of the funds I sent to UK. The tax rebate of €564, should cover the rest comfortably.

So, unfortunately, I don't think there is any chance of clearing my Virgin CC this month, but we shall see.

Added another €30 to the sealed pot though, so that's a PAD of 25.65 GBP using today's exchange rates from oanda.com.

Bummed out about the dentist bills. I was going to get new glasses this month etc. They'll have to wait another month now.

£2.50 to moving house fund please

Euro - what a pain about your dentist insurance, on the plus side at least your rebate can cover it and you dont have to add to your debts!

I am feeling very anxious about moving into the new house next week, so worried that we will fall back into the debt trap. Silly though because I have budgeted and re-budgted, have all my spreads sheets, over estimated all the bills - still nervous though!
