Try to use the CC for this, if you can, for the added security.
We booked a hen weekend for my sister through a company that subsequently went bust about 3 weeks before the event. It was only because we had paid via CC that we were able to get the money back.
Sorry, don't want to be a downer, just want to save you the hassle we had. For this reason, I would also recommend booking hotels, activities etc separately from each other, rather than using a company as we ended up having to change our plans completely in order to still go ahead with the weekend.
