Postie has been and yet again nothing from any creditors re CCA's.!!:):) We don't even get our almost daily call from Clydesdale any more.!:T It just makes me even more nervous waiting for their next move....if any.:eek:

I tell you Elsie, they are in shock. let's work on the premise that no news is good news. Amex phoned to offer a 40% discount if I paid in full, pity I haven't got the money or does that mean its unenforceable and they are trying to get the money when they can????

That sounds about right I would think.!! I sometimes wish we had gone down the CCA route 2 years ago, and saved ourselves + £40k.
