    Hi theWad

They are on the travelodge website now ....they just released rooms (from £9 p/n) from 28th Aug-28th Nov, went on sale at 6am. They also have some in Spain & Ireland as well although I haven't ever tried those! There is a thread rating various t/lodges, I haven't really had a bad one - yet:D

Makes for a cheap break away as £9 is also for a family room, no food inc though. Good luck if you decide to go for one.:T

  • Good news, 2nd gold cheque arrived, doggie did not eat it, safely in envelope for those nice peeps at the Co-op.
    Holidays away assured, well nearly.
Once had to spend a night in a TL on M1, head was about 30 yards from motorway where large lrries were belting by every 10 secs, did not sleep very well, strangled secretary who booked it next day.
Did Payplan ever get back to you Elsie, re Lloyds???
Too late in day to try on clothes Elsie, try on at 5.00am, then they'll fit and stretch with you in the day??????

Well I did some photos but I'm not sure if my enthusiasm will fade when faced with having to do descriptions etc..... boo I hate it.

looking like you've been poured into your clothes sounds like a GOOD thing to me:T...but if not, perhaps we should buy that airbrushing computer program & share it around:rotfl::rotfl:

I better have lost some weight this week, I have been (fairly) good.

Well done on getting the cheque safely...... nice little bit of extra cash.:D

We have been quite lucky, we stayed at TL a couple of times and all has been okay. Mind you, when we have had a day out with the kids we are all exhausted so we would probably sleep through anything.!!;)

Payplan did not get back to me, I was holding on for ages, and then left a message. I'm a bit disappointed in them this time to be honest,:( we have had about 4 different case officers during our 2 years, and this is the first time I have not had a reply of any kind.. I havn't pursued it, because I was reading on another thread this morning, someone wanted to pay off a creditor whilst on a DMP, and someone, with far more stars than me/us said it shouldn't be done. The other creditors do not like it if you pay one off, and they can stop the DMP and reject it. Some may start interest again, and that's the last thing I want. So we are going to keep saving for F&F and try to pay it off asap.:)
