  • Thanks for that OneADay :o) I had a little brainwave and checked times that I sent text messages on that day. The times correspond exactly to the times that I sent text so have called o2 to let them know this as well

Am wondering if the network has messed up somehow as it is the only explaination I can think of
    Overdraft (0%interest)- [strike]£1100[/strike][STRIKE] £100[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£60[/STRIKE]

I'm not sure about you publishing the complete numbers, for privacy reasons; you might edit the last few digits

2 of those, with + in front, would be Jamaican and US mobile numbers

Probably billing details should say texts. Must have been lots of texts to make up to £25 even if overseas texts cost more to send.
As redux suggests, remove the numbers from this thread. Probably not a good idea of mine in hindsight to ask for them publicly

Ask them to check the 'TAP' files from the Jamaican network. It should capture the calling phones IMSI (a bit like an IMEI) and is unique to the handset.

Probably a system screw up then, since you sent texts around that time. Check your bill to verify that the texts were billed separately.
