my case is done.
my anger is directed at the system. the system that actively rewards and promotes contact blocking.
it's a pity that the gov. didn't take any notice of the aussie system when they went their on a jolly trip.
their system penalises contact blockers and promotes shared care where possible.
with the attitude of some of the bent and twisted wimmin on here, it's hardly any wonder why they face the battles with their exes. it is abundently clear that some are awkward and impossible to deal with via a computer screen, so god only knows what it would be like dealing with them on a personal level.
and yes, FACT, FACT, FACT is exactly what i posted. be nice if others did the same instead of bleating and giving ludicrous advice based on whatever they watched on jeremy kyle that day.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.
and, please. only thank when appropriate. not to boost idiots egos.0 -
The system (not csa) is very unfair and biased towards NRPs. There should be harsher penalties for pwc who contact block without good reason, the nrp should not have to pay court fees to see their children, if allegations unfounded then the pwc should be made to pay court fees and contac re-instated with immediate effect.
The csa are unfit for purpose and their main problem is that there is no continuity of personnel who are delegated to deal with one persons affairs and thats why they never phone back as promised, or takes months to resolve matters, which then causes problems for pwc and nrps alike, they take no responsibility for their own incompetence. Complaining to them never resolves the problem but sometimes its best complaining to the Local Government Ombudsman who deal with complaints from pwc and nrps alike.
The system is right in chasing NRPs who avoid paying maintenance and yes they have harsher penalties for non paying parent, so in fairness and according to equal rights whats fit for one should be fit for all!!0 -
not in the land of the csa.
it was set up to recouperate the massive benefits bill being run up by this nation of scummy mummys and career pwcs. there is no way the government would help the nrp anymore than they give 2 hoots about motorists.
both easy targets who they can keep hammering knowing they have you backed into a corner.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

Well it should be!! Equal rights, human rights and discrimination are what I see where genuine nrps are being flawed by this government.0 -

paye nrp's, genuine mototrists are both examples of those ignored and walked all over by this tinpot regime.
look at costs of motoring, speed cameras, parking fines, clamps, insurance, petrol prices, tax, etc, etc. you pay it because you have no choice. they have you over a barrel.
same goes for nrp's who are paye. you have no choice, they have you over a barrel. comply or they just label you non-compliant and slap a 40% DEO on you.
it's fascism at it's finest. mussolini would be in his element in 21st century england.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

yes it does.
it's just another example of how you are fleeced in a false pretence.
gordon stalin waffles on about how speed cameras are there to reduce speed, when everyone knows that it's about the revenue they raise.
same as the CSA. they keep waffling on about eradicating "child poverty" when all they are doing is collecting revenue to reduce the benefit bill. which incidentally is the reason they were set up in the first place.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. Exactly, If that's the case, then what about the NRP's that don't see their children? we've had this on another thread, I agree very strongly that if an NRP is paying they should have contact with their child/ren. I think its really wrong when PWC's use the kids against the NRP to either get more money or some sort of control. This is a conversation I am going to have with my ex, as at the moment its about once a month, where as really is should be at least once a week if he wants to build some sort of relationship.Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.0 -

I agree with you, NRPs should see their children, responsibility isint just about money, its about love, emotional physical support, a parent should be feeling these things naturally for their children with or without the other parent, it shouldnt end when a relationship breaksdown.
Sometimes you have to use a little reversed physcology, if you go in all guns blazing that will only add fuel to the fire, Id let him know how much his children love him, I think its also about give and take and flexibility, the fact that your ex sees the kids once a month is a good sign that you can work on him, hopefully you can both work it out for the kids sake.
If there is no danger between child and nrp then I dont see why the government can not put something in place for them to take real responsibility, my daughter chased her ex to make him have contact, she wasnt letting him get away with it, and the outome is that dad and daughter now have a fantastic relationship, if she would of let it go, it would of been a shame because there was a relationship to build and they built it!!0
