  • If you can get the Sofitel for £99 it's a good deal as it is right at T5 so you don't have to pay extra or waste time with Hotel Hoppa buses or taxis Just roll out of bed onto the flight. It's a really nice hotel

The 'secret 5* hotel' on Lastminute.com is the Sofitel.

Several eating options landside at T5 including a Marks and Spencer (which is usually full of returning cabin crew!)

I am also looking for a hotel but with car parking. The dates we're flying are 21st july-6th Aug +1day so our car parking would be 20th (hotel stay) till 7th aug (picking our car up in the morning)

But the hotels seem to be quite expensive. I've seen a mystery hotel on one of the webistes which I have since found out to be St. Giles Hotels Feltham heathrow for £99. They don't actually include transfers though so we'd have to take the bus...

    Any other ideas?

Edit forgot to say I just found out I'm flying from terminal 4...great lol

+1, the Sofitel is a great hotel at T5, and £99 would be a bargain compared to the usual rate.

Where are the best places to eat when staying overnight at one of the Heathrow hotels before flying?
It's a bit of a drive from most of the hotels, but the White Horse in Longford is great. It's walking distance from the Thistle, not far from T5.

Have stayed at the Marriott, Sheraton Skyline and Thistle. Booked all three with Holiday Extras and got great deals every time. Would happily stay at all of them again.
