Till-spit vouchers for extra Tesco Clubcard points

I thought I'd let everyone see what Tesco's have said in an email replying to my question of why I don't get till spills

Thank you for your email.

I fully appreciate your comments at not receiving any of our coupons at till
offers and I am sorry for the disappointment caused.

The coupons at till offers are issued to a random selection of Clubcard holders.
Therefore, not every customer will receive a coupon on every visit.

Our focus remains on customer satisfaction with their overall shopping
experience. We are always testing new ideas and feedback from our customers is
very welcome.

Not really answered my question, so I guess I will still have to keep fingers x'd they do eventually kick in!!

I got 2 this week, with 2 cards: 40 points on blueberries and 20 points on salad. Also found a 50 points on the Telegraph in the car park.
