    Hello MSer's ...

Today i contacted Clubcard regarding a post made originally by Coupon-mad on the subject of not receiving any Till Spits ...

I have four cards ... two are from ages ago ... my partner and I had one each ... and two I opened in the last six months ... on these last two I have never received a till spit ... so today I rang and checked that I was willing to receive offers from Tesco ... and both were flagged as 'no offers'! ....

Now as I have opened these recently I would likely have been happy to receive offers ... and I cannot remember saying no! .... Maybe the wording on the Clubcard application makes you think that you are likely to receive phone calls etc as I was asked if I was willing to take part in Market Research ...

I would encourage therefore anybody who does not receive Till Spits to contact Clubcard as this may well be the reason ... their Freephone number is on the back of your cards ....

Hope this Helps somebody and Thank You Coupon' for pointing this out ...:p

I had already questioned via Tesco on line customer services as to why I NEVER receive till spits, they sent an email which i posted (post 962) that said not everyone gets these offers and it is random.

having read your post I have today rang them and mine too flagged with 'no offers', I personally can't remember applying that setting.

It's been lifted so maybe I will try it out later and see if I get someting, can't wait!!!!:D :j :D

Thanks LB, well worth the phone call:T

Hi I found a till spit today for 300 pts when buying Huggies nappies. We don't use nappies in our house any more but would love the points.
    Any ideas???
    TIA

You could join PaidToShop and swap with someone there, or wait for someone to come along on here and offer you a swap ;) . We're past the nappy stage in our household too but I am sure you'll get rid of it soon enough. Good luck!

That's the way;) . I currently have some Pampers Feel'n' Learn training pants to return. My kids are a bit older and don't need them at all!

I bought them last week as I had extra points plus a money-off coupon for them (I know i could have used the coupon anyway but couldn't resist the points too!).

I have returned nappies in the past without probs. I bought quite a large size, then went back with 4-yr-old DS (at the time) and said I was returning them because I wanted to try him with DryNites instead...so I have already bought some of them (this stops them trying to get you to do an exchange).

  • When you return them are you showing your reciept? If so doesn't it all get recorded somehow with the risk of losing points?

It doesn't say on your receipt what the extra Clubcard points were for. You will be fine returning them (I have done this before as I also picked up the wrong nappies ;););) )

Yep, I always show my receipt, they don't deduct points (although technically they can, no store near me wants to go to the bother). I even returned a £200 games console and kept the points (definitely, I can tell as I used a little-used card when I made that purchase and the points stayed on).

I often return things, recently it's been clothing (spend £30, use a couple of Tescos own lovely clothing vouchers - sadly the green ones have now expired - maybe pay £18 net. Then return £20-worth of the clothing for a refund...then start again  ). Free clothes and money back!
