  • Yes I got double points too, as well as the 2 till spits mentioned above. The cashier who is fab and scans any voucher at my local store was giggling when she saw my 3 seperate transactions each totalling just over £1.00. She was intrigued and asked what I was up to !!! when I explained our theory she said well let's see if you are right and commented that 2/3 wasn't bad !

A Till Spit a last - bit of a rubbish one though! 20 Extra Points when you spend £1.00 or more on Confectionery. In the car park I found one for 25 Extra Points when you spend £1.20 or more on carbonated soft drinks, plus a receipt with 125 unclaimed points ;)

*total points up to 08/10/06 8334*

  • Can I ask another question please? If you want the points you have accumulated turned into deals how do you do it? I normally just use the money off vouchers but since joing MSE I now realise the benfits of deals. Do you just not use the vouchers or do you need to register?

I got 2 today in one shop. 35 points when I buy a mulitpack of chocolate and 100 points for pampers nappies.

There's something strange on my receipt today though.

    Total to pay £11.22

    clubcard points this visit 26
    includes:
    Bonus points 11
    Green clubcard bag reuse 4.

I have no idea what the bonus 11 points are for, I didn't use any bonus points coupons. I should have had 11 for the shop and 4 for the bags

**Edit : Just seen that the previous poster got double points too.

I spent £25 tonight and got 50 points?
Hope this happens every time I buy from tesco I wonder if they know about it?? Could be a glitch??

I have used 'Deals' vouchers at MFI in the past. When the clubcard vouchers arrive, you order 'deals' vouchers from the Tesco website. They arrive really quickly - usually only 1 or 2 days!

Take a look at https://www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals/ for full info.

I hope it is another glitch. I didn't get a chance to go to a big tesco's today as DH went out on an early morning shout (he's a retained firefighter) and took the car as it was first on the drive grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr and then didn't get back for 6 hours - double grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I want some games from the big tesco glitch so I'm going tomorrow. fingers crossed for extra points ;) and fingers crossed DH moves the car and van around tonight lol
There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.
