Does using my Tesco credit damage my chances of a till spit, do you think? Only had the card a few weeks, but no till spits so far.

    Can't answer for myself, as I don't have a Tesco c/card.
However I did see a guy get 2 tillspits at the same time, the other week, while he paid for his shopping using his Tesco c/card....

If your card is brand new ... check by calling the credit card number to check that your preferences are set to "Accept Offers" ... if not you will not get till spits on it

I got a humble 30 Points WYS on Fruit Juice & 100 Points on Tampax

... me think they are trying to wear me down ....

  • Just got a brilliant one tonight. Spend £5 on Professional Haircare Products (Charles Worthington, Andrew Collinge etc.) and get 500 points. Best one I've ever had. To be used by 04.05.08.
    If I had known then what I know now . . .

Yep, just take them back with receipt and ask to exchange them for Pampers - blame it on your DP buying the wrong ones, lol ;)

    Zippy x

I have used the Pampers till spit on Tesco's own nappies and it works fine, weird though because the same day I tried to use a Felix pouches till spit on Felix cans and that didnt work.....oh well, you have to try.

The Tesco's nappies are pretty good, once your little one is a little larger. I found Huggies etc the best when youngun was small.

The frozen wholefoods are things like frozen lentils and beans apparently. However, there have been reports on PTS that the till spit works on any frozen food (as long as you spend the required amount) ;) :j

And regarding nappy till spits, I think they all scan on any nappy (I'm another Tesco nappy fan - they're brilliant! :T). The 300 Huggies one even scans on the 78p Little Swimmers trial pack. ;)

I usually shop on a Friday evening and often get till spits, so I think they must give them at any time not just certain days.

You're right, the till spit offers start on a Monday but if you don't shop on Monday, the till spits will be saved until whenever you shop (for two weeks, I presume, until the following till spit Monday :D)
  • Was a bit confused the other day did a small shop and i got a till split (last 1 was about early last yr.)
sa pulls it out and screws it up, i say nicely to her is that my reciept as well, she says its just rubbish - maybe rubbish but i'm sure it was my rubbish.

    My friend:rolleyes:
Always uses his till spits then sells the stuff he does not want at work for loads cheaper than the original price.
    I think that is crafty;)
