I went to a normal till today after reading this thread (usually go to a self scan as do lots of small shops) and was rewarded with 250 points for £12 womens clothing and 50 points for nestle clusters :j

Will obviously be trying the clothes one without buying any clothes (not much point at the mo anyway as 38.5 weeks pregnant!)

I'm so happy - a card that's never produced till spits before finally churned one out today - a measly 20 points WYS £1 on biscuits (I think I bought lots of Maryland on this card when the glitch was on :D ), but it's a start! :T :j

On my other two cards, I've had 25 points WYS £1.20 on salad (always get that one), the kids' clothes one and the DVD one that's been mentioned.

I don't know if your till spit will work if you don't buy clothes...have you tried before? Interesting for me to know for the future incase i get another.
I usually buy the clothes then the next week return them and they always leave the points on...BONUS...good luck whatever you do....also all the best for the arrival of your baby..

The extra point when you buy clothes generally scan on anything, as long as you meet the minimum spend.

Only trick is getting a checkout person to take it.

I usually bury them in a little pile of vouchers.

If they say to me, I just say "ooops, forgot that was in there, sorry"

I think the Children Clothing till spit works even if you do not spend the limit ... I have never tried it without buying something tho'

When we go to Tesco, we just hand over all the coupons and say "will you take any of these". Most of the cashiers will then scan every coupon, handing back the ones that aren't accepted.
