Our girls secondary school has a full week of activities this week for the students.

I've paid £30 for my youngest to do a sports week. 9.30am - 3.30pm and they go swimming every morning and then do activities in the afternoon - it was rounders & tennis today.

Its run by the teachers so I understand why they've only done it for a week but its fantastic - she's mixing with people she doesn't usually spend time with and she's tired when she comes home :T

My eldest couldn't do anything like this - she's spent this morning shopping with me and this afternoon watching a dvd:rolleyes: & I've sat in the sunshine :D Its my day off and it luverly weather :D
Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...
