    Should add, in case they succeed - if someone posting as me starts posting some very uncharacteristic stuff, then be aware... :eek:


    5 attempts at your password,and your locked out for 15 mins,had it myself.

    I can tell them now that my password is pretty hackerproof, so I wouldn't bother...

    Personally, I think whoever did that was an idiot... it is an offence under the computer misuse act 1990... seriously not worth commiting a serious criminal offence just because you are annoyed at someone in cyberspace.

    Suspect it was done to hack account or just to lock me out altogether,messing about or malicious,i dunno.

    It looks like my mse account had been messed with - my password had been changed.

    Has now been 'recaptured' by me.

    V worrying.

    Doesn't say much for mse's security frankly, as there's no way my password could have been guessed.

    If ayone has had weird pms from me...ignore them.

    If your password has been changed then the account has been compromised,otherwise you would just be informed of attempts to get in the account,the 5 strikes business etc.

    Dont use a shared comp do you?

    No I don't!

    But my log-in wouldn't work - unless that just means it was locked permanently? After this morning.

    But it says just for 15 mins.
