There's definitely another one, either that or its not michaels that I'm stalking:p.

Think of the town with the shopping centre over the motorway...

Um...now I'm even more confused. The one I was thinking of is that one - I think.

Or there's another town further north that's fairly grotty also near motorways - but I don't think it has an Asda. I remember I once went looking for one there and couldn't find it.

I do have the most hopeless sense of geography. :(

I think about that sometimes, and wonder if I've ever come across any of you IRL. But I don't know where any of you live, apart from Ferrety and lics, neither of whom is anywhere near me.

There are quite a few of us that I would guess live within a 20 mile radius of each other, though to the best of my knowledge none of us have ever met.

For some reason I don't think you live in the South East, so I don't think you would be near to us.

I'd be surprised if I hadn't met/seen silvercar in RL, though obviously don't know it, as we move in quite similar circles. michaels is a possibility too. You're probably a little further...but not that much.

You're right - I'm not in the South East. Not in the North either.

What you describe, is the game as it should be.
    Some greens have floodlights now!

I'll bet a £ to a penny there is a club near you LydiaJ, & all clubs are always looking for people who want to play!:A

If only I had time.... Child-free time is extremely limited for me ATM I'm afraid.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

    I'm in the midlands!;)

A year ago, we had a team made up purely of children playing in one of our leagues. It even got us a mention in the local paper.

A good thing about the game, is that it is very inclusive & barrier free (imo of course). People come to matches with families, OH's, children etc & everyone talks to everyone.:)
It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.

H or LC? Didn't know either one had an Asda.

And since we were on a test taking mode recently, I thought some of you would enjoy this
