One flat, £80,000 in rent arrears, flat let at 6k per week, tenant only paid first installment.

Apparently takes an average of 5 months to complete eviction procedures.

Complaints such as: individuals not forwarding Housing Benefit. ~12 people living in a 3 bed place. Poorly kept property resulting in mould e.t.c. e.t.c.

Programme ended with suggestion that capping HB will lead to more evictions and rent arrears.

I just got the end of it....now I am officially back in 'TellyLand'.......it's the same old, same old....but I quite like that presenter....blokey yet sensitive/meaningful with a nice head of hair for his age.

I got the end of Project Catwalk too....O M G  . Pls sack the presenter pronto.

Back to LL prog. We were accidental LL and there are loads of whatisits one can do to protect your position....I mean the Dartford lady could have sat back and had a little think before she chose to upsize her living space and let out her flat. Don't want to come over all 'holier than thou' but the LL rent protection insuarnce is worth it's weight in gold....but they choose to cut corners.

BTW...the delectable kEvin Mcleod is on doing Grand Designs...I watch one nearly every week now......and, the shame...I have gotten sucked into Big Brother....blame my DD. I am hooked as from 3 nights ago. Nasty Nick is on it and hasn't aged a bit.

    Me too:o.

I had forgotten how much I adored Nikki.

On the upside, no red button to get addicted to. Although the brat tells me we can get live streaming for £4.

That would the actions of a sad and pathetic woman.

I will just check and see if they take Visa debit. Just out of curiousity obviously.............

I was on the train once and recognised Nikki on the train with Pete. Oh, the shame when I put that as my 5 seconds of fame on facebook :o

But I have resisted the final instalment of BB.

Actually, I love reality TV, I have no idea why people need to feel superior about not watching trash-tastic tv.

I have heard Josie has left ? I am gutted.

Is she the, ahem, delightfully curvaceous girl who won the actual series?

I only started watching after the actual final.

I do know Makosi cries tonight:j

I am sure she has had breast augmentation since she last graced our screens. That was a very good year. Craig and Anthoneeeeeeeee
