wageslave ... when it's real, it is serious.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

I do know that. I really do sympathise with anyone who is coping with such dreadful problems.
But laughter helps.

We've all had our hard times for sure, but that does not always equate to sensitivity :A
Most people's hard times don't include suicide of a close family member. Death of a spouse/parent/child is hard enough, but suicide is extra specially devastating.I do know that. I really do sympathise with anyone who is coping with such dreadful problems.

Oh absolutely. Laughter is essential. But jokes about the particular issue aren't the best place to start. I don't deal well with jokes about road accidents at the moment, for example.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Did he mention hanging?
I am sorry if we have distressed you, the thread was very obviously a joke though.
Surely even bankrupts laugh now and again?
I imagine that they do, but unless you have been in their situation, you cannot even begin to understand the pressure they have been under.
OP obviously done this as a joke, but in this case it was in bad taste. Grow up OP, and remember, you don't know what the future holds, it might be you one day, although I hope not.:cool:0 -

The key there, is laugh at yourself....not be...or FEEL... laughed at...0
