Put the leaflets with your number on through doors, on the leflet ask them to check garages etc.... this is the only reason we got our cat back. A few days later and she probably would have been dead.0

Don't be shy to knock on doors and ask that people check sheds etc while you wait. Also walk around late at night when it is quiet ao you can hear if she replies to your voice.
Good Luck0 -
Just to update a bit.
My mum knows an ice-cream seller and he just phoned and said that there has been a sighting of a very similar cat and has been taken to a cat place so mum is tryign get hold of the place and left a message.
He did say though that this cat looked like a young cat, even though ours is 10 she doesn't look old whether its because of the siamese in here not sure.
Just looked on the missing cat register site and there are a lot of cats missing local to my mum. Can't think of anything funny to put here!

Hiya
No it wasnt her.
It was a very young cat and they had 2 at the time so she hasnt gone with them.
I'm wondering how the hoover trick would actually work, because surely if she could sniff it she would know where she was anyway? Can't think of anything funny to put here!

The hoover bag worked for me - the hoover bag has a much stronger smell of the inside of your house (the place where they spend most of their time). There may only be a very faint smell outside and if they are in another garden she may not know which way to go as the scent is not strong enough? Tbh Im not really sure why it works, those are just my thoughts - but anything is worth a try. I emptied mine early evening and Missy was home by 11pm.
I hope you find her soon x:happylove DD July 2011:happyloveAug 13 [STRIKE]£4235.19[/STRIKE] £2550.00 :cool:0 -
