New O2 broadband offer

We bought an O2 connection to the internet.
It has worked kinda decently after the first month. Before that we just fought a lot with the connection itself. We did not receive too excellent customer support, though we visited the O2 store several times. I really hope no one else has had these problems.
Why would you go to an O2 store to get broadband tech support? 02 have pretty good broadband telephone support.No free lunch, and no free laptop
