    I've split most of what I can down into smaller portions, so I don't need ot defrost the lot. What I haven't been able to do (mince mainly) I'll cook and freeze the excess.
    Have not been able to stop eating today...I feel very ashamed *blushes*
    Ok, food diary...

    L - pork scratchings

    D - bacon, egg and beans.


    I'll get back into it, I have to....And I've downloaded the couch to 5k podcasts as now I have parks to run in!

    Ok, a new day! Sold the last of the clutter and use it to get bits I needed, so an NSD as money neutral....

    Have now got my tenancy agreement and the wireless key for the internet...yay! One less thing to worry about!
    Means that tomorrow my plan is:
    Go to council and get tenancy copied
    Go to council and get on electoral role
    Do exam (9am-12:45pm - think of me!)
    Pick up mate from train station
    Do mini shop for bits for him (bread, cheese, cold meat, butter, maybe coffee)
    Have a chillaxing afternoon

    The plan for today is to do my revision and start watching the films I need to see....then I'll be better prepped...Will start with one I'll like ,which is Nosferatu....

    Elf, why do you think you have mucked up? I fear you are trying to strive for perfection when it isn't there. Also do you think it might be productive if you add to your food diary when you binge and what it contains? As looking at your diay thats about 500cal max whereas you could have consumed up to 3000cal if you include your binges (cal approx on what I used to bingo on). It may also be a positive move to also track when you purge, not ness here but somewhere so you can see/understand your triggers :D

    I binge but I purge too, so I don't include it, I never have. If I write it down I'll feel worse and even more guilty. Oh f*ck it, can't feel any worse than I do ,can I?

    Have an exam this morning....I am crapping my pants as God knows how I'll do....I just keep saying to myself 'you only need a third to pass the unit, you only need a third, you can do it'

    Continuation of the food diary...
    S - none
    L - sub
    S - none
    D - 1/4 portion egg fried rice, 2 pork balls.

    Have done my weigh in for this week, I have lost another 2lb and have started into my 3rd stone..I'm halfway there! *does a jig around the house* Also saw two of my mates at uni who haven't seen me for ages and they commented how good I looked having lost 2st (and one of 'em commented that I haven't lost my boobs :) )
    Got my mate staying this weekend, so we're gonna go explore town tomorrow, and go explore Soton on Saturday/Sunday. Tasks for tomorrow are:

    Go to dr for new patient check-up
    Go to council and hand in last piece of evidence
    Go around town and try not to spend too much (am allowing myself some for getting my 2st :) )
    Go and pick up a pot for the fag butts, bedlinen, Primark for a cheap throw, look at TV prices, go to HMV and TK Maxx and generally have a good time :) (will be taking lunch with us so it's all goood!)

    Am so chuffed!
