Apparently, according to other threads, customer services advise you input 0000 into the bank detail fields I haven't tried it myself, though.

This is apparantely true - all the stock left in the remaining link stores has been recalled; and not being sold, as the company is 'under review' or soemthing like that

All you have to do on the cancellation page is pop in 0000000 in the relevant spaces, they only need the account details for customers who want a refund.......
