Hi everybody  Good to see the thread nice and busy today!
My list today looks like this:
- booked train to my sisters over easter - the cheapest ticket I've ever found too. Plus, will promise (to myself and you guys!) to be v good and take food for the journey and won't shop/lunch in London when we're catching the connecting train.
- updated spending diary
- meal from plan tonight
- NSD at work but need to pick a few things up on the way home
- wash dishes while the water is still hot (really did try to last night but run out of washing up liquid! What a shame!)
- wash packed lunch box at work instead of adding to tonight's load
- not wearing any make up - trying to make it last to my birthday next month (mum was asking what she can buy me)
Happy Wednesday!

Today I have/will...- Had breakfast at home
- Had to pay £5.40 for the carpark for the morning - boo!
- Got free biccies and drink at meeting
- Resisted Subway on the way home (really fancied one too) and had something from the cupboard for lunch instead
- Having yesterday's leftovers for tea tonight
- Hoovered downstairs
- Walked dog twice - probably 2 more to go today (he's a right poo-pants!)
- Spend lots of time doing school work(being observed on Thurs and Fri so have to be brilliant)
- Will sneak a peek at the banks but I know its not good

Afternoon, can I join you??
Doing well with cheery budget for a while now, but having to up the game a little bit, and although I'm not going out of budget, I'm ready to squeeze it a little bit more! And Fay keeps raving about how cheery it is in here, so I thought I'd pop in
Anyway, cheery small things for today...
- went for run this morning (er, free exercise, does that count??)
- bought milk from paper shop - £1 for 2 ltrs (cheaper than anywhere else local)
- took lunch to w*rk (value pittas and boiled eggs, lol)
- walked to and from w*rk
- meeting friend for a cuppa in a bit (not quite MSE, but I did change it from the £1.65-for-a-cuppa cafe to the £1.20-for-a-cuppa one - does that count??)
- Slimming World tonight (I know it's not free, but I get a free week next week, and I used to spend more than the weekly cost on sweets each week, so in fact, it is money saving!)
- night in preparing for interview next week (also MSE cos if I prepare well and get new job it's more money!)
- fill in payment form for university (stupid lot are insisting I pay writing up fees back immediately - when technically I don't have to - but I can't be bothered arguing with them, so am trying to build it into budget and do it as quickly as possible...)
I *think* I'm entering into the spirit - spent quite a lot of this post justifying why I think things are moneysaving, lol!
Good luck to the rest of you, must go and do something to signature

irishmist, could he have savlon? Put a tube in the fridge and it's nice and cool if he's got the itches...might means he scratches less and it cleans them up as well - two birds with one stone.
I got my hair cut, but as it was my first time in the salon it was half price - so only £19!** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
