I've just registered, do they send the code by email?:D

No, they just add the £10 to your account as an e-voucher, but they do sent you an email stating that you e-voucher is ready to be used, got mine this afternoon :D

Worth mentioning that the Daily Mail's Family & Friends Railcard offer, mentioned earlier on this thread, ends today.

    From the offer webpage...
This offer is only available online until 23.59 hrs 20th May 2012.

Check your days/dates - one or the other is wrong

It may be worth splitting in Birmingham but I suspect it will make little if any difference. Doesn't matter that it's a through train - in fact better in some ways as you can't easily miss the connection.

Sorry, dunno what I was thinking, I've amended my post now, thanks.

Looks like going via Birmingham I can save around £4 lol.

Are there any vouchers or anything I could use? I'm 26 so a rail card is a no-no.
  • I know there was a deal not so long ago for a free 2 month friends and family railcard with the daily mail, i have used these previously and know that they come with a code for cheaper full year friends and family railcards, if someone is not using their code (if they still have it) would you kindly let me have it please, i am gutted i missed out on the free one, and i am buying a railcard at the end of july so any help would be great received

Not really a train fare discount but a station concourse discount card for various outlets ie Burger King, Upper Crust or Pumpkin.

    Apply here

Users who had the old Bite card, who haven't received their new Bite card need to reapply here

It's free to get one and brings the overpriced station food/drink back to normal prices ;)

  • But worth noting that some places do not accpet the card - notably BK at Marylebone.

    But its worth getting.

guess you may have to bite the bullet and pay full price for one. though where are you travelling from and when and maybe some kind soul on here could get you a nice spilt ticket journey which may or may not keep the price down - though you are leaving it late and maybe the £28 spent on a F&F railcard would be saved on the ticket price itself any way
