    Stoptober Survivor
See we are different again, our easter holidays are Monday and Tuesday and I only had today off because I work for an English company !!
We still have restricted shopping on a Sunday, but a lot of our big stores open at 12 for browsing but they cannot sell anything until 1pm !!

And I find it very strange with pubs closing at 11pm !!! Ours would go out of business very quickly if they did that !!
The two best things I have done with my life
    :TDD 5/11/02 :j DS 17/6/09 :T

    Yes MFD I'm in Chesterfield.

Caitlyn hasn't taken to formula and doesn't seem to like it. She'll now happily go to anyone in the family for a cuddle and will stay with DH for up to 45mins (not been out any longer yet) whilst I'm not there. Don;t know if you saw but we're going up to visit the CM 2 or 3 times a week to see if that will make a difference to her staying there. I'm not going to get too hung up on it though because it keeps me awake thinking 'have I done this right, is it because I've done the other'. One of the dads at school was talking to me about the other day, and I explained about it not working with the CM (he uses the same one). He said 'well you used to be carrying her all the time didn;t you'. Err, she's a baby - so we're not supposed to carry them now in case they become clingy? Oops sorry - nearly turned ranty!

Oh sorry chick, didn't mean to open a can of worms. Sounds like C is progressing though. And it sounds like that dad is an idiot!!

When she is a teenager you will be longing for the days that she wanted only you xx

My mum works for social services in early years so works with CMs in Chesterfield.

I did it yesterday Sami :)

Molly is now awake and showing no signs at all of being tired any more. This could be another long night, a battle of wills between the tiny tyrant of the bed and the parents who want the crib to get some use.

MFD - it's ok you didn't open any cans :) It's just that anyone I mention it to IRL seems to have their own opinion on what it is I've done that caused her seperation anxiety. CM questions our sleeping arrangements, my dad just says 'well, she'll have to learn!' I think it's just easy for them to pin it on something and say well XYZ is the reason she's like it. I think they just like to think they're experts *rolleyes*

Well I'm tired, but C is sound asleep and I'm enjoying the alone time too much! Have to be up in the morning to take mum and Josh to the coach station for 8am.
