David has eczema on his face and head. It is obviously very itchy and is keeping him awake. He has been prescribed oilatum but it not working yet. I was thinking of ordering some of these .. www.scratchsleeves.co.uk What do you lot reckon? Any good?

    /QUOTE]

Hammy, Alex had horrendous eczema on his face and head. Ended up loosing all his hair, through me scrubbing stuff on his head.

Have you seen your HV, mine gave me an emolient called Hydromol, which was really greasey and smelled yuk, but helped put the moisture back. Oilatum and a shampoo I can't remember the name of. They helped but in the end, I had to get a prescription for Hydrocortizone cream from the doctors as it was all over his face and eylids. The steroid cream worked wonders fast.

If you haven't already i'd speak to your HV and maybe doctor as above is in no way medical advice, just my experience of baby eczema.:D

Grrr. This girl i know annoys me so much.

I know that when she has her baby girl she is going to be one of them "My baby can do this. My baby can do that. My baby is better than everyone elses baby. Im such a cow, blah blah blah" people.

    Grrr.

    Sorry for the rant.

How is everyone this evening? Haven't caught up. I feel to sick and i cba lol.
Just ate half a chocolate fudge cake with squirty cream. It was sooo worth it :p

Lily was smiling earlier when i was poking her nose. I know it was wind (as she had a massive burp when OH winded her afterwards) but it was so well timed :D
And i like to think she's smiling at me :D:D

Jillie - hope Kian's eyes get better soon. I've put Calpol in Caitlin's bottle before (that was one of Elle's tips!).

Love all the April Fool jokes today ladies.

Susan - hope you have a nice weekend away with Alice and Tigger :D

Sami - love the video on FB.

    Maz - ((hugs))

Buttons - do they still make those stick on earrings? Would Keira like those?

Elle - yep, makes perfect sense :). Have a lovely weekend.

MM - hope your cold gets better soon.

SS - well done Molly for clapping. LOL at the poo, Calpol and wee escapades.

Krystal - I think I may have seen big gay pram very similar to yours today. Have you got a pic so I can compare?

Hammy - to help sooth David's skin, put some oats in a muslin, tie it up and hang it over the tap so the water flows through it when the tap is switched on.
