Only sausage chips and beans but good soul food and he brought cheese cake home from work so feeling a bit more chipper now. Had a quick skim thru/catch up so here goes..
Krystal - so sorry to hear about your nephew, hope they've cvought it early enough that treatment wont be too invasive. You could be onto something that both Tahlie and Elliot are having a growth spurt what with only a day between them. And ya keeping calm deff helps, but doing it is another thing!
Caz - yeay for winning tickets
Oh and the breakie sounded lush too.
Maz - sorry today isnt a great day for you xx
EA - funny what songs babies like and dont, was singing Take it Easy by the Eagles to Tahlie and she loved it
Sami - ooh loving those cribs, and that reminds me I need to submit a review hehe. Hope I get something better than a T shirt foir OH next time round!
BM - Loving Keira's pose.
Hammy - thanks and thats good to know I can add to, was wondering where to keep it all otherwise.
SM - thanks I'd love one just need someone to invent an email system to send it via lol.
fernlie - ya being stuck in atm not helping! Will try the different hold have used it successfully in the past but find it a lil more uncofy but will be worth it if it means an easier feed. Can you believe we dont have any pillows in the house other than my 5ft thing and 2 memory foam ones and a v squished v pillow! gonna have to purchase some more me thinks.
SS - eek at the mega mess.
kindof - your OH is so unfair sitting out in his shed and not helping! The lakes sound fab, yeay for a wonderfull mum
Oh and looks like were sduffering the same issues atm what with feeding and gunky eyes, tho I can say the cooled boiled water is making Tahlie's much better and were only doing it once a day now.
tara - I have those refresh issues sometimes too!
Well was gonna have a shower and wash my hair but dont think my luck will hold out and LO will sleep that much longer, will wait till the morning now. Tried on my nursing top last night and its too god damn big! I hate mothercare sizes, there so carp, have never known a store so inconsistant have got a good mind to write and complain (and thats from someone who works for them!). So decided to let everything hang out as I thought the air might help, well I woke up in a huge damp patch, just as well I still had the waterproof sheet on there lol.Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2

Kindof that's great about the lakes - I love it up there. Grr to your OH. Have you mentioned to him that maybe he should spend his paternity leave with his new baby?
DH has just been to the shop and brought me back a bag of Haribo to make up for forgetting to order my rice from the chinese we just had.
Som sorry you are feeling low today. Hope you can manage to feed ok from the other side.
Can't remember who was asking but yes you can top up milk in the fridge, it has to be used within however long from when you put the first lot in. I'm just about to top up a pot from earlier myself!
SS sounds like a messy few minutes in your house!0 -

Hi all
I did make a loooong post earlier but it disAPPEARD!
How is everyone?
I'm doing ok, things are hard but there is not alot I can do about it the now.
I finally have my housing appointment to make my homeless application, it's on the 14th so going down there on the 11th to stay in a hotel for 3 nights and meet up with one of me besties who just moved downn that way.
Plus I don't want my little bubba to spend his 1st birthday in this crap hole, I know he wont remeber it but I will.
The eldest is having a tough time of it, school have reffered him to CAMHS, I think it was someone on here that has recently had dealing with them, I cant remeber the username right now, but it;s charlottes mummy from up newcastle way, ahh becles lol god I had right memory loss there! anyway, how did you find them?
Havent got any court dates until may now, which i'm dreading cos now I have to do the statement thing so they can decide if I'm telling the truth!
Like I've not been through enough already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The ex is making things extremely difficult even accusing my little old mum of being a bloody class a drug dealer! SS seem to be seeing right through him though!
I'm just trying to focus on the housing appointment, I'll get a decision that day and then I can plan for my eventual resetllement from this hell hole!
I need to ask some advice on switching to cows milk, now the babe is almost 1 it's been on my mind, he only has bottles at night time now, so once he's 1 I want to switch him over, how do I go about it? gradually or just do a switch? god anyone would think I've not had a child before!:o0 -
DKAM - just give him a bottle of moo milk and see if he likes it!!! (Full fat)
If he does, just switch (Benjamin doesn't seem to know any difference lol) and if he is unsure then try to hatch some kind of plan to phase it in.
Good luck with the housing and stay strong xxplease listen to MFD - she is a wise woman

TBH I would try him with 1 bottle before your tokens run out - some people talk of having to milk cows milk and formula for a while to get them used to it
At least if you have tried him once then you will know if it will be a problem or not.please listen to MFD - she is a wise woman
