I found if it was gumming at the end of a feed popping my lil finger in his mouth worked, he'd either gum my finger or just pop his own in there and nod off. If he was still hungry he'd go back on with a good latch againSarah_Joanne wrote: »Oooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!
How can I stop my baby from chomping on my nipple?!
our door bell goes off randomly about once a month, I haven't been able to work out why though, makes me poop myself some timesSarah_Joanne wrote: »Not really sure. He's not going to sleep though although that side was getting pretty drained. Maybe it's frustration at the flow slowing or something as he wriggled about a bit too.
Tia nice new siggy!
So I bought a doorbell from Asda, there's a few different tunes and we put it up yesterday. Well this morning it rang on a different tune to what we set (we set a doorbell noise but it started playing "It's a small world"). There's nobody at our door and double checking our buzzer and it's the right sound, so either a) it's faulty and keeps going off on its own or b) someone within a 50m radius has the same bell on a different tune and someone is at their door. Hmmm annoying or what!
Susan- I agree.
I will just say I'm not ready to give up on feely yet, she wasn't the only one who said things I find inappropriate yesterday.0 -
Thank you!
Which reminds me to go hunt out EA's stuff and get it posted
Oooooh thanks
Currently typing with one hand so i can hold Lily in acertain position with the other. She has what i have renamed 'sickups' and no amount of winding is helping her burp/ be sick. Andkeeping her upright on my shoulder is helping i think as she doesnt cry
She's asleep now though
I keep sniffing her, she smells so good! :rotfl::o
Becles, good luck with your essay and ((hugs))
Lily is wearing an outfit that is meant for upto 9lbs, shes nearly 10lbs and it fits!
The happiness i feel for her is similar to when i fit into an item of size 12 clothing :rotfl:

i wont give up quite yet on feelie either. she had a hard time last year and we were all willing to help her then.
the way she 'talks' is a bit like SIL was on her meds. would post things on FB that were a bit strange or hurtful but not realise what she had done as the meds kinda blocked some of her perceptions. (although drinking alcohol didnt help either)
mental illness affects people in diferent ways and the meds they are on can have different side effects on different people. thats why i kinda now take what feelie says thet might be controversial with a pinch of salt.'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
