Sorry to hear about your redundancy, my Dad was made redundant a month or so ago, hope you find something soon.
Thanks - I was lucky and got took on by the same firm that I was subbed to, albeit at £60k per annum less (thats with my bonus)! And trust me, that stinks! :rotfl: :rotfl:
If you really want to play the "class card" there are several of us that will win, but we generally don't need to brag about much - our personas shine through and snob or not, you can still be a nice person....

Its ok to say that you don't fit in, so you'll post what you like but there is no need to post ignorant inflammatory comments and then post on facebook bragging about it.
As you say lots of people who used to post a lot don't come on so much or fit in as much as they perhaps used to, I'm one of them but I don't feel the need to cause upset amongst those who use the thread now.MFW Start Sep 07 £79484, Now £587740 -
Hello everyone....
I know I said I was gonna lurk but just a quickie q I promise....
So I'm currently not working due to relocation, and being pregnant.... and Im only just 29 weeks so got ages left, and I'm mind numbingly bored!
So for ladies/gents..... whilst waiting for your first new arrival, what did you do to keep yourself entertained? Preferably cheap ideas, that dont require transport (i dont drive).....
I feel like I need to maybe be a bit more active, as most of my days are currently spent in the house, on the sofa....
I just need some inspiration really....
There's not much left I can do in babys room till I can get some paint etc (which I cant carry by myself)....
Thanks in advance xxWealth is not measured by currency0 -
