lol, we have a trip to Beamish soon that they want £12 for, which is "optional" but to be warned that if we don't pay the whole thing will be cancelled and no one will go. They even said we can pay in installments LOL. I might send in £1 a week in an envelope "installment 1/12" :rotfl:

omg i feel like crying. Third night in a row up at this hr feeding, which means we'll b up again at half 4 for another. :(:( why oh why are we regressing, wahhhhh. Hope he stops this soon! Am tempted to try dreamfeed again to fix this...

Just as you think they are settled into a routine or sleeping through then they catch you out! Jack was sleeping through perfectly well fr a good 7 or 8 weeks & then wham! Not slept through regularly since.
Have you tried not feeding him when he wakes?
I found it took a few nights of giving him a dummy or just putting him back to sleep - he then stopped wanting the night feeds. But he did want them again when he had a growth spurt which never followed when the books said he would have them ;)

    morning all :)

this is the 3rd morning ive woken up and A has had her head at the bottom of her cot,i.e where her legs were last night lol!!! I know she can roll but how can she go 180 degrees without me hearing eeeek!!!

Aw cute! Jack moves about loads when he naps - generally 90 degrees so has legs poking out the sides! :rotfl:at night all he does is slowly move up the cot - random

Good night here - woke once at 2am, quick shush and lullabies on and he slept til 6.15am :j I think the lullabies helped as I usually don't out them on in the night.

Anyone know somewhere to get cheap bubble wrap?
Ordered a huge roll of eBay but I need some today.

Glam - yup have definitely tried not feeding him. He's clearly hungry as the dummy does nothing to soothe him and he just frets & wiggles more (he tosses his head from side to side when he's hungry). Am going to hope it's the growth spurt and it will stop soon! :p of course we have jabs tomorrow so that will just prolong the unsettledness, grrr...

Ooo, I've been to Beamish. It was fun! THough I was 16 at the time :p

It's usually £10 per week and an extra £10 deposit, Natalie. Same with baby gates (we usualy get one to put across the door so we can leave it open. Plus you can then put it over the bath to dry swimming stuff.)

It's always blimming something though isn't it? The jabs always knocked us out for a week then we got back, then it was teething and then it seems the weaning.
No idea what it is now - we have no sign of teeth despite being able to see hie teeth quite clearly under his top gum probably since he was born!

    Am v. jealous of Keiren's 2 teeth!!

Oooooo but we do have hair growing - slowly! :j

we have no teeth either, but had lots of red cheeks and dribbling for months.

when iwas chatting to HV this week, she was playing with A and she just has a fluffy head at mo and she said babies whose hair takes longer to grow generally get lovely thick hair. she may have been lying to be nice :rotfl:

It is full of Geordies (not to stereotype but they are of the unpleasant kind.. beer swilling, obnoxious brawling sort) and dog !!!!!! and rubbish. It is shabby and horrible.. I wanted to come home on day 2!!.. Reighton Sands just a little further down south but a much nicer class of clientele and far more refined.
