ooh, does anyone know/remember if it is this month that we get the P60's or April?

I really ought to sort out the tax credits as soon as I can and I'm hoping there might be a bit of a rebate for me this year.

Love the picture of Benjamin MFD, missed it whilst I was doing my mammoth post just now.

    xxx

Tax year ends in April but for most monthly paid people the P60's come in May.

    Just feeding A now.

On the sick chat, A is often sick after a feed, depending how soon after eating it is it's either just like milk, or is a bit cottage cheese-like. Sometimes he seems quite to bring oads up too and I worry he's completley emptied himself (usually at night too so I worry he'll wke up again too soon)

Now I'm cleaning milky sick up and about to change the explosive runny poo nappy!!!

Ah yes, but you get the Olympics and stuff yay!! I am sure that the cost of water is just incorporated into ours or something and we just don't know about it. Mine is £1800 for the year, band E.

It is but its a flat charge and its on the bill.
I can run every tap in my house day and night and flush the toilet every ten minutes and never pay a penny more mwahahahahahahahha

Whats that? Water the grass with a hose? Oh yes please!
    Free water!!!!!
    Anyone jealous yet?:rotfl:

    Very cute picture MFD :)

Apparently Tom Hanks is getting slated by the right wing press for things he said when promoting the new WWII film. Apparently he said World War II was about racism, and that's totally wrong. Excuse me? That war was the one where the six million Jews were killed, no?

thanks csh. They'll just have to keep overpaying me then. Nice enough now but won't want to be giving it back. They owe me £600 so I'm hoping it will come out of that and that there will be still some left over for me.

    xx

Anyone want some flapjack? It's still a bit warm and is very nice.
*wonders if there is any plain chocolate in the cupboard to finish it off with*

MFD can i say that every time I look at your Avvy it makes me smile. Benjamin is sooo cute and I love the big grin. And as I am now getting these big grins off Alex, and I am in !!!!!! work and miss them all day, I like to get my fix from Benjamin. Is that sad? Or does it make me sound like a baby stalker

Edit: Because I'm not you know. Honest!

You just made me have a little tear. What a lovely thing to say. Thank you!

We think he is super cute but I guess that is just part of being a mummy :D

That old pic reminds me - Mothercare had Trumpettes in the other day...although too small for my 1-year-olds big hoofs :D

Harley, our P60's are delivered at the same time as the March payslips; the info on them is exactly the same as the year to date figures on the March payslips, they don't actually include 1-5 April this year, but they do include 1-5 April LAST year, iyswim. We hand ours out with the March payslips but I think there is some rule about they must be delivered within x number of weeks (might be 6, might be 9, not sure, will see if I can find out... )

Thanks Elle. I'd got it into my head that it was march, but that might not actually be based on any kind of fact. I seem to be somewhat lacking in the brain dept lately xx

I got a couple of the BOGOHP outfits in Boots last week. I only saw one thing that I wanted, but felt I had to buy something else. But I had a 10% off coupon and forgot to use it. Now I feel like I need to go back and buy some more stuff just to use the coupon!

My boss phoned me on Tue and Wed but I missed her calls. I have phoned her back and left a voicemail saying I am in if she wants to call. Now I am sitting here waiting but H has gone for a nap and I really wanted to go for a lie down too as I feel crappy. I don't even know if she is in work today or not so could be waiting up on nothing. How annoying.

I do need to talk to her though - I want to request a change in hours on my return, but I don't know how she will take it. The chicken in me says I should just e-mail her and give her a chance to think it over before we speak, but I feel I should probably speak to her first and pre-warn her as it's more polite!
