wm - you want some bad news????
C&G Follow on Comfort being discontinued
edit - just saw ur post
I gave the comfort milk up as a bad job. Far too much sickness, but apparently the way its made, means it separates and Alex was just bringing back the watery bit. He has been on the normal follow on milk, but have now bought the Hungry baby one, to start when the follow on milk is finished. Think this is thicker so may stay down better. The sickness seemed to stop with the Aptamil Hungry baby and gaviscon. But Alex has decided he no longer likes Aptamil, thats why we are on C&G. He fell out with Aptamil after having C&G night time milk and must have decided that C&G was more yummy.0 -

Glam, I did the live chat with C&G a few weeks ago. They are discontinuing the Comfort Follow on.
eta - I have tesco disposable bibs and there were ok but pretty pants, I've also used plastic bibs and the TT rubbery ones and hated them all but could just be me0 -
WM quality save is owned by homebargains so you might find them in there, if not there is a quality save in ashton-i-m if you ever get round that side?

Thanks Sami. Will just have to drag my backside to Wigan town center one day soon. And do the rounds of Home bargains, Bodycare and Wilkinsons etc. Instead of handing a fortune over in Boots at the Retail park all the time. Not been to A-I-M for years.0 -
the aptamil comfort seperates as well. J didnt like the aptamil follow on - just gonna stick with the comfort - he only has 2 bottles of it a day so a tub should last a while.
my baby is not wellhe got up at 10am, then slept from 11.30am til 12.45pm, has had lunch & is all whingey. he's snotty & coughing

Decided to use some tesco clubcard points to take us to the Glasgow Science Centre in the Easter hols. Mainly because I want to go
I am seriously loving doing up these floor plans, I used to play the sims just to build houses so this is like real and no sims die in the making. I want to build my dream house now.0 -
WM - your not a bad mummy by going to work
I was just trying to find out if Alex was in pain caused by the reflux, or it was just that the milk was too thin to keep down. IYSWIM
The Aptamil Easy Digest seperates too and Liam used to bring up cottage cheese. I must admit, w have seen an improvement in the past few months - I don't know if it's eating more solids or sitting up has strengthened his muscle, but something has helped

Science Centres are super cool.
And my brother is a seriously weird soul, but he used to play the Sims when someone upset him, he'd make a little person, name them after the person who upset him, and lock them in a room with no doors or windows.

I know NMS, just feel bad, when he's ill and i'm at work, and unfortunately he seems to have been ill all of the time since I came back to work. (rolls eyes).
Wish I could pin point the problem. Mostly I think it is the milk being too thin. Will see if the Hungry baby one makes a difference.
So many posts from me in such a short space of time. Work? Boring? Never!0 -

That's good to know NMS. Alex can't sit up yet, and doesn't really eat that much yet, (lazy boy that he is!) so there's plenty time for him to improve.
