    SM, not sure but best to get it checked at the docs :) although 30th is shocking!! Can you change docs? Ours see you the same day.

    im going to call again see if i can see the nurse and get tested for everything i think it may just be thrush but its free if i get the stuff from the docs x

    SM was it definitely in properly? and was it maybe too 'big' for the job, you should always use the lowest absorbency needed so it doesn't dry you out IYSWIM

    eta - also sometimes it helps to put a bit of vaseline on the string coz it rubs me a bit sometimes

    I used to use the blue ones that lilets make, I think they are lite coz even 'mini' were too much but sometimes I just needed a p liner, really should get my IUS put in before the dreaded things come back!

    pp - I think the caps thing is linked to the removal of eye rolling smiley
