Environmental Health came out and the dog shut up... till they were just going out and then it started, so YAY!!! Evidence! A letter will be sent out Monday

We went up to see that house. The rooms are very small, but the garden is huge and lovely. Dh called the estate agent and it does have damp and its a reposition. But, they would accept an offer of £92k so we will put a note of interest in and find out about getting damp sorted. I'm reluctant now though because it is small but Dh is keen. Anyway, we have agreed that this place is just too small (after I burst into tears about the state of it after I spent an hour tidying) and so EA is coming out Wed to value this place and it's going on the market. Have an appointment on Mon to speak to mortgage adviser to see what we can go for. :j

Mega decluttering fest shall begin!

hello gang, for those of you who dont stop by the PG thread my sweep was a no go this afternoon as the twinges and contractions havent done anything for my cervix even tho am now 8 days over, on the plus side there inducing me mon so not long now and Ill be joining you properly

Really can't wait to get this place truly sorted then am going to have it valued just out of curiousity to see what we've gained. Need to see if it's worth anything above the outstanding mortgage (£69k) and charging order (£18k) :cool:

Talking of the charging order, OH has cleared all of the smaller debts he had in his CCCS DMP, so he's ended it (their suggestion) and is paying off the charging order direct. Car HP is paid so just another secured loan to finish in October (hopefully make a F&F offer in July though) then OH is small debt free He's come a long way in 2.5years :whistle:

Think I'm going to have to sneak a bowl of golden syrup porridge once DS has gone to bed! C is in bed already and fast asleep - just DS to go then I might have a glass of wine. DH phoned earlier and said 'why don't you and your friend go out tonight and I'll have Caitlyn - oh yeh, you can't cause I'm working late' Derrrrr!! I told him I wouldn't go anyway because of how she is. 'I can cope with her' he said. But I told him I wouldn't be able to enjoy myself if I went out because I'd be constantly worrying about her! My time will come - they're not babies long enough to worry about it.
