Som - apply straight away. I have only just applied because I was earning full pay and thought I wouldn't get anything as not paying for childcare yet, but apparently you can still get something even whilst earning full wages. I should have applied months ago. I think the threshold is something like £66k or £77k joint income before you aren't entitled to anything.

    Afternoon all..

    *hugs* for Sami :(

If it helps anyone, our tax credits were based on income of £45k and we get £80ish a month. I told them I was losing £15k being on SMP and it didn't alter the amount, still in the same income bracket

Consultant said all is fine with Rhys. Obviously there's issues (eyes, kidneys and his reflexes are a little tighter than they should be but we all agree that's him tensing because she's hitting him with a stick :p) but all in all - and compared to what they expected - he's doing muchos fab :D He's not gained much weight (5oz in a month) but he has gained 5cms in six weeks :D Still following his own lines on the charts well enough so that's fine :) He needs a mega blood test at the end of this month which won't be much fun but needs must _pale_

Any suggestions for who makes the smallest BabyBanz stylee sunglasses? Need some for a 42cm head (if they measured him right for a change!)...

ETA: Ohhhh... found these which say 38-43.2cm. Maybe he hasn't got such a small head after all! :o

Hmm, I must check this: our income is less than that, but I was told on the phone that I wouldn't be entitled to anything (though the website said I would be).

    Hi everyone :)

I know nothing about tattoos, EA - the very thought makes me majorly wince! - but that looks really nice.. and huge! A lot to have done in one day? You must have a mega pain threshold (says the world's biggest wimp ;)).
