    Yay! :T:T

Thanks Hammy. Sold Out at JL. But do also love the red and cream star footmuff they have to match.

    More random crap from WM.
Now MIL was at our again on sunday. She said i've bought Alex a lovely cream cardy, yadda yadda yadda, to keep at my house. Because i don't have anything for him at my house. She does not need anything, I send him with bootles, milk, nappies, wipes, food, clothes for the day and extra sleepsuit & vests if there is a poop explosion, plus calpol, teething stuff, various creams etc. And coat/jacket/cardigan/ hat/cap/ suncream as per weather. Why does she insist on buying stuff and keeping at hers when she has him once a week? And its a total waste of money? Also everything even though he is 7 months old has to be white/cream/baby blue and totally non denim.

So I sent him today, in a very colourful stripey sleepsuit, to be changed into another colourful romper, with an in your face red jacket and denim (oops) sun cap. Now I know the jacket will have been replaced by the cardy, but it winds me up, he is my child and i choose what to dress him in.

Also had a little disagreement with FIL about the sun. I'm a v. fair skinned red head. I do not sit in the sun. After many, many years of failed attempts at getting a tan with painful sunburn, sun stroke and blisters as results I have given up. He who sun worships and has a perma tan, thinks I am very strange. Also strange that I use nothing less than factor 30 and factor 50 on my same coloured hair and skin children. Because the sun cannot damage you. !!!!!! has he never heard of skin cancer? So that factor 50 that I sent today had better have been used on my two today or I will blow my stack. Sorry big IL's rant there.

i feel so relieved now work is sorted.
i did feel a teenie bit guilty bout not doing evry sunday, but it might be the only day we get to spend time together as a family. DH wont have set day off over the summer for us to organise things.
but, i have worked for the company for nearly 10 years and in most of that time have done whatever ws asked of me...switch days off, work extra etc so i think its about time i looked after me. and the manager didnt mind as it was only a request.

    yay for teeth!!

have forgotten everything else :o DH is a bit stroppy because I told him I wouldn't keep Finn up to see him when he gets home from the airport in a couple of hrs...well, if I keep him up then you'll be "seeing" him all night IYKWIM!! I understand he missed him, but his sleep is already bad enough last thing we need to do is make it worse by being up too late.

    Hi

Sorry to hear V was sick again:(
I have barely fed k today, not that he really wanted anything anyway! All he has really had is a pack of quavers spread over the day, a tiny piece of breadstick, 1x ritz cracker and a couple of chips off my plate, as we went out for lunch (while he was perkier) He has just been drinking loads of cups of water. His temp has been a bit up this aft so he has been dosed up and just had a nice nap on me.

I am anaemic so need iron tablets...which will explain my steak craving! I am also still searching for a new pushchair, the holiday is now booked, the car is getting sorted tomorrow, but I still need to find and order a freezer and shop for the best turf deal to sort the garden out. I also want a smaller paddling pool for the kids and a nice table and chair set with parasol for the garden. The cats and older two kids ruined the safety net and the safety padding on the trampoline so I am trying to find replacements for those too.

I get very frustrated with searching the web for stuff as I barely ever find what i'm after.
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.

Hello Mel, have you tried Amazon for the trampoline bits?
