he's a worrier with a short temper!
Are you talking about my dh here:p:o
I was in agony yesterday with bad tum, and then felt sickly on and off all day, went to bed thinking I was going to actually be sick, but thankfully wasn't.....then this morning K threw up all over his brekkie, followed by the most vile nappy EVER!!!
Was supposed to be gymbabes today but I think we will give it a miss:p
((hugs)) tara, I hope things work out and he doesn't go to his dad's. Even if he does go there, just hold on to the thought that he will most likely be back as either he won't like it (after the novelty wears off) or his dad will send him back when he gets fed up of the cost/responsibility......just make sure he knows you're door is always open any time of day or night, and don't fall out over it, that way he knows if things aren't as he expects/hopes then he will come home to you....but i'm sure you know all that anyway:D
Sami - I also didn't miss having extravagant holidays, being one of 4 meant our holidays consisted of Butlins...but I loved it. Me and my older brother had so much fun just having days out to the beach or the park together. This is why I have never felt guilty about having more kids myself, dh sometimes talks about 'quality of life' and we won't be able to buy this, that, or the other...but I am not materialistic at all and strongly believe having a loving family that are there forever, is far more satisfying......
At the end of the day I couldn't miss what I had never experienced;)

Poor V
Are you ok 3? Not getting the bug?
I'm hoping not - I feel a bit sick, but think it's just from cleaning up sick/poop all night! I'm really hoping the other two don't get it this time, i've been looking forward to a nice quiet week with them back at school.redmel1621 wrote: »I was in agony yesterday with bad tum, and then felt sickly on and off all day, went to bed thinking I was going to actually be sick, but thankfully wasn't.....then this morning K threw up all over his brekkie, followed by the most vile nappy EVER!!!

No - not your lot as well.
She's still not been sick since 4ish this morning, and has had a quarter of a crumpet and is now having a bit of banana.:beer:0 -
Lovely photo Sami.
Hope K gets better soon Mel. Our best holidays were on the beach too and I am the youngest of 9, wouldn't swap any of them for anything.xDS1 12/10/04

Happy Birthday Tia! Enjoy the Science Centre (wave to my colleagues 2 buildings along!). Is Caz going too?
What pram have you bid on Boo? My OH would have a fit if I started randomly purchasing prams! I would like a different pram, but I don't hate mine enough to justify buying another.
Off for a shower now whilst Holly naps, then out to shops I think. The quicker we go, the quicker we can come home and enjoy the sunshine!0 -

I put a little bid on a beautiful pair of irregular choice shoes thinking they would sell for more than that and won them !!! Great for me, but how do I tell Chris I have just spent a bit too much on a pair of sandles that I really didnt need ????
I suggest that if they are a size 4 you sell them onto me immediately

I wonder when we started measuring quality of life in terms of what we can buy. I think so long as everyone has what they need (food, clothes, somewhere safe to sleep) it's time to concentrate on the feelgood stuff.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Ed looks very happy Sami

Happy Birthday Tia!
Lot's of gentle hug's for poorly babies. And for mummies having to clear up after them. (That's the bit I'm dreading when Isla get's bugs, I hate the sight/smell of it and end up heaving myself. Morning sickness was a mare!)
I'm off to get ready for Little Steps and a walk around the park. I didn't win the pram, it went from £62 with ten mins to go upto £167 finishing price. Ah well, I didn't need it anyway.
Fitz it was a phil & teds sport with the doubles kit. I was thinking I could use it now when I have Isla and my nephew to look after and in future if we have no2 but I can count on one hand how often I've used my Joolz in the last month! I like my slings too much but have spent a bit too much on them recently so may have to sell a couple. I think because they don't take up room like a pram my OH doesn't mind when I get them and he know's they don't really depreciate too much so I can use them and get my money back.
Have a good day all

We prefer big pics, we get to see more of the cutie babies!
I think Tia's is a milestone birthday too but I might be completely wrong there
