Well said Susan, and kids are influenced as much by other kids as their parents, sometimes more so. You can give them the best upbringing possible then they fall in with a bad crowd, it's whether or not they come out the other side!

I don't think it's an excuse either, it's appalling behaviour. I moved in primary too and was quite lonely (it wasn't till sixth form that my social life recovered ) but I didn't want to split up groups of friends and pick off the good ones for myself.

OH and Molly are both passed out asleep in bed. So cute :A

zoes knows her rules .. which are shoes off in the house, no running (always scared me the thought of falling down the stairs) .. clean what mess you make .. always say please and thank you and wash your own plate (the last ones new but she likes washing) basics really x

Mine looks like it's from a catalogue page. Everything is colour co-ordinated! :rotfl:

But I allow the kids free reign of the living room, so its a tip, but its their room !!

Alice would love a rule like that - if she's ever standing at the kitchen sink (because that's where the window is) and there's water in the bowl she'll start "washing up" anything she can lay her hands on. Have to watch her though because she'll take the clean stuff off the draining board to "wash".
