    Blimey!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I did was ask if anyone can suggest somewhere to get a fancy dress outift or old wedding dress and look at the abuse iv got. Im not even going to bother responding to you childish people who have commented on the state of my relationship, I just hope you are all as happy as we are.

Thanks to everyone else who has helped me, WE are to have a good look on ebay over the weekend and HE is going to pop into our local charity shops on Friday, see I dont control every part of his life ;)

Its a good job i'm not a sensitve soul int it lol.

Hee! Hee! It's so easy to take things out of context, my OPINIONS were honestly with good intentions. Blackpool has been done by many for many years, i was just asking if your OH has thought about other venues.

But good luck with the shopping and good luck for the future!

Since your not sensitive can I ask where your local charity shops are? I think it might be fun to watch a bloke trying to pick up a wedding dress, probably even more fun than watching them trying to pick lingerie lol

If it helps any further, my OH is 5 11 and a 34 waist, his halloween costme a few years ago involved ladies underwear and he's a ladies' 16 :D. He doesn't like underwear depts when he has to pass through to get the other side of a store. We had to go for a pint afterwards so he could get over it!!
Yes he picked his outfit himself and the underwear and I even let him pay too, I can't believe how ths thread went!

Asda have started doing wedding dresses I think, or if you were going to get a white dress somewhere like peacocks then put net or tull over the skirt of the dress?
Can't imagine there will be trouble with a 6 5" fella in a wedding dress:rotfl:

This is a listing of a plus size wedding dress but it also has some measurements on it so you might be able to use that as a guide for size if you end up bying online. No idea how you'll get the right length!!! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQitemZ230443421009QQcmdZViewItemQQssPageNameZRSS:B:SRCH:GB:101

Its not something i would want my oh to do its sounds really naff. Why would he want to dress as a woman?

Because him and his friends think its funny, he's 39 6ft5 and will look a complete idiot but so what...Id rather he dressed as a woman instead of being tied to a lampost or have his eye brows shaved lol.

Me and my friends are dressing as ladybirds for my hen night, none of us are size 8's so im sure we'll look daft too but I dont care, i'll have fun and so will he.

Thanks again to everyone for your help, no offence taken to anything..i'll let you all know how he gets on.

It does sound like lots of fun.
Just thought you could try gumtree, if I was going to try and sell something quick and cheap I'd put it on gumtree, there's a search at the top of the page
