    1: Throw it all in. Slice carrots thinly so they cook quicker and the meat should be falling off the bone.
    2: 2 tbsp plain flour, salt & pepper, mixed will a little water to a smooth paste. Fill up to a pint with boiling water plus 1/2 pint more, pour over chops and veg.
    3: Medium/Low for six hours. ( You can cook it for longer if you have time)
